Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the condition of their sneakers before submitting them for cleaning.

Vamp Sneaker Cleaning is not liable for any undisclosed damages, stains, or defects present on sneakers.

2. **Non-Disclosure of Concealed Issues:**

Customers must disclose all relevant information about their sneakers, including any pre-existing damages, stains, or issues.

Vamp Sneaker Cleaning will not be held liable for any damages or changes to the sneakers that were not disclosed by the customer.

3. **Indemnity and Release:**

By using Vamp Sneaker Cleaning's services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vamp Sneaker Cleaning from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from non-disclosed issues.

Customers release Vamp Sneaker Cleaning from any liability for damages resulting from undisclosed issues.

4. **Reimbursement for Damaged Shoes by Vamp:**

In the event that a shoe is damaged by Vamp, the following procedure will be followed:

- **Assessment of Damage:** We will thoroughly assess the damage to the shoe to determine its extent and nature. This assessment will be carried out by our authorized personnel or a designated expert.

- **Authentication Requirement:** To qualify for reimbursement, the damaged shoe must be authenticated as follows:
- **Proof of Purchase:** You must provide valid proof of purchase, which may include the original retailer's receipt or any other acceptable documentation.
- **Original Retailer Verification:** We may contact the original retailer or vendor to verify the authenticity of the purchase.

- **Reimbursement:** If the damage to the shoe is confirmed to be caused by Vamp and the authentication requirements are met, we will reimburse you for the original purchase price of the shoes. The reimbursement will be made in the same form as the original payment (e.g., credit to the same payment method used for the purchase).

Please note that this reimbursement is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement in cases where the damage is not attributed to Vamp or if the authentication requirements are not satisfied.

5. **Limitation of Liability:**

Vamp Sneaker Cleaning's liability is limited to the cleaning service provided. Any damages or issues related to undisclosed problems are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Vamp Sneaker Cleaning will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages arising from undisclosed issues.

6. **Fraud and Dishonest Behavior:**

Any attempt to submit sneakers with fraudulent intent or dishonestly withhold information will result in the immediate cancellation of the cleaning service without refund.

Vamp Sneaker Cleaning reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of fraudulent behavior.

7. **Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. **Severability:**

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
